Alice Björkstrand · Meta Ads Strategist
Alice Björkstrand
Where she started
Alice is a Meta ads strategist helping founders and coaches turn ad spend into leads and sales, and her business was doing brilliantly long before I arrived. Her offers were selling, FLOW was full, and she had built a brand people genuinely loved on social.
The website just hadn't caught up with any of it. Behind the scenes there were forty-nine URLs of old pages, a homepage sending everyone toward a single offer, and no style guide holding the look together. In her words, "it felt really boring to me." And when you're running ads every single day, all of that adds up.
What I built
I started fresh. Five new pages plus a reworked FLOW page in a two-week sprint, all on a clean Squarespace foundation with a proper style guide so everything finally feels like one brand.
The homepage became a hub that gives every offer its own path, instead of sending all her traffic to one place. And because Alice is always launching something new, I built her reusable page templates, so a new opt-in takes an afternoon instead of a week. A full URL audit and 301 redirects kept her SEO safe on the way over.

Amy June · Founder of The Softening
The Softening
Where she started
Amy June is a therapist and the founder of The Softening, home of The Love Club: a six-month, therapist-led membership for millennial women navigating modern love.
The Fall Season launch was coming up and the old landing page just wasn't telling the story. People couldn't quite work out what was actually included, and all the lovely, honest conversations happening inside the community were completely invisible from the outside. She had even considered building the fix herself: "I was going to try to teach myself Showit and build a sales page at the same time, in a month. That's when I was like, please, someone give me a template."
What I built
Before any design happened, I got to know The Love Club properly: who joins, why they stay, and what the last few launches kept getting asked. That shaped a page built around those questions.
Then I let the community do the talking, with real member screenshots, video testimonials and quotes woven all the way down, so anyone visiting can feel what it's like inside before they join. All of it built custom on Squarespace, so the page belongs to Amy completely and she can run every future launch herself.

"Geenay has been an absolute joy to work with. Her ideas were so aligned with our brand and the site brought our vision to life perfectly. We win business and (constantly) get compliments on it!!"
Oliver Haddock · Founder of The Careers Edit
Careers Edit
Where it started
Careers Edit is Oliver Haddock's career platform and community for ambitious early-career women. Monthly events across London, expert speakers, and a membership now past 400.
When Oliver came to me in February 2025 the business had just been through a rebrand, a new name and a much sharper idea of who it was for, and the WordPress site was still describing the old version of itself. It was awkward to maintain too, which matters more than it sounds for a business that runs on events. Every new speaker, every new date, every new programme meant going back to a developer and waiting.
What I built
A full migration from WordPress to Webflow, rebuilt around the new brand, with the editorial feel of the community sitting alongside the functional bits: event calendar, speaker library, membership, live updates.
The part that mattered most was the CMS. Events, speakers and membership all became editable in-house, so the team could add a date or a new speaker themselves on the afternoon they announced it. That single decision is why we are still working together eighteen months later, and why every new programme since has launched off the same system instead of starting another build.

"Working with Geenay has been the complete opposite. She listened carefully, cut through the noise, and within one week delivered what others could not achieve in six months."
Georgina Williamson · Founder of Ten Ahead
Ten Ahead
Where she started
Ten Ahead is Georgina Williamson's private lifestyle management business, run out of Mayfair for high-performing women. The positioning is sharp, the clients are serious, and the whole proposition rests on being the person who handles things properly.
She had already spent six months with another agency. What came back was a templated WordPress site that looked nothing like the brand she was building, and after half a year there was still nothing she could point at and be pleased with. By the time she came to me the stakeholders were frustrated and Georgie was carrying a website she did not want to send anyone to.
What I built
A full brand identity and a multi-page website, delivered in two weeks.
The speed was the point. She had lost six months already and needed something she could stand behind immediately, so I built the foundation first, properly, and then kept refining it rather than disappearing for another six-month cycle. That turned into an ongoing partnership across web, brand and social, and the brand ecosystem has been extending outward ever since.
