challenge

Careers Edit — formerly The Young Professional — was going through a complete rebrand. With a new name, evolved positioning, and a growing membership of ambitious early-career women, the founder needed a website that reflected this next chapter. The old WordPress site was clunky, visually outdated, and difficult to update. They needed a digital platform that felt modern, magnetic, and scalable — and fast.

approach

We took their newly refreshed brand identity and built a clean, conversion-led website in Webflow. Designed to be both editorial and functional, the new site supports their event calendar, speaker library, growing membership, and live updates — all manageable in-house. The design is bold but intuitive, blending community energy with a premium digital feel. As their team and offering evolve, the site continues to scale with them.

Geenay has been an absolute joy to work with. Her ideas were so aligned with our brand and the site brought our vision to life perfectly. We win business and (constantly) get compliments on it!!
